Using your criteria and price range, we will show you photographs and detailed information on each home that matches your requirements and any others that interest you as well. We will be happy to answer your questions about our local communities, schools, shopping, libraries and other public facilities. Most importantly, we will make appointments and arrange for you to see all the homes for sale that interest you until you find one that is just right.

Alerting services

We will send you e-mails or call you as new houses that match your criteria come on the market. This early-alerting service often makes the difference between seeing a hot new property in time or not.

Negotiating

As your agent, we will help you with all the troublesome details through the purchase process. We can help you obtain a mortgage loan. Most importantly, we can help you negotiate the most favorable terms and price for the house you want and guide you through the purchase offer process until you and the seller reach agreement.

Closing

We will be happy to explain the closing procedures to you and are at your disposal to attend the closing with you. As a special gift, we will present you with a notebook that neatly organizes your copies of all the important documents related to your purchase. This includes the final purchase agreement, the abstract, the survey, and all other documents that are applicable.
